
oi vey.
so, i did really well for almost a week. i ate breakfast and everything. i was ok with putting milk and honey in my tea instead of eating it straight. i ate peanut butter for the first time in weeks.
then last night. binge hardcore. i feel massive and bloated.
- three beers
- whole wheat toast with better n peanut butter
- greek yogurt with applesauce (i was drunk..?)
- and i had two tamales instead of just once for dinner, on top of eating a real breakfast and lunch - despite working an 8 hour retail shift, this is bad all bad
back to square one. i can’t bring myself to put anything in tea this morning. and that’s probably all i’m going to consume until i can force myself to go running.

Definitely should not have had rice at dinner.
I only had about half, maybe 3/4 a cup of rice, but it was white and gross and now I feel huge!
